We are proud of the results achieved in developing our platform. The Van Gogh’s metaphor distinguishes the design of the Platform and it will accompany the learners through a fascinating path introducing to the complexity and multidisciplinarity of the world of mental disability as well as to the skills and tools to be put in place to support the work of people with mental disabilities.
The training modules and the related app intend to contribute to a change of perspective in the design of work placement paths, in which the persons with mental disability are accompanied to autonomy and released from the label of “disabled” by focusing on their desires and potential, implementing a path of growth-on-the-job and through the job, with the support of the job coach.
